Refund policy
Within 14 days of receiving your item, should you dare to request a return, make sure your purchase remains in its original state, untouched, unworn, and with its tags intact, within its original packaging.
To summon the return process, send us an email revealing the reason for your retreat, along with the name/email address used to summon your order. In the event of our wicked mischief causing the error, we shall conjure a shipping label to guide your item back to us. However, if your change of heart or desire for an alternate size or style has arisen, you shall venture into the darkness at your own expense, as you return it to our lair.

Damages and issues
Beware, we implore you to scrutinize your order upon its arrival. Should you uncover a cursed relic, be it a defective or damaged item, or the treacherous appearance of a wrong item, summon us without delay. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Within our realm, there exist entities so uniquely crafted that their essence cannot be contained once summoned. Custom products, forged with otherworldly precision, and personal care goods, enchanted with beauty beyond mortal realms, shall remain bound to your fate. Alas, sale items and gift cards hold their grip unyielding, their destiny forever entwined with yours.
Refunds
Once we have received and scrutinized your return, our spectral messengers shall whisper tidings of approval or denial. Should your fate align with our dark intentions and approval be granted, an automatic refund shall materialize on your original payment method.
